Enter the NSAR registration number from the certificate or ID card (e.g. D000042 or C00039). Airlines, landlords, and businesses can use this page to confirm authenticity.

What this verifies

  • The registration number exists in the NSAR registry and hasn’t been revoked.
  • The animal type (ESA, PSD, Service Dog, Therapy Animal) and issue date.
  • A partial handler name (initials) so you can cross-check with the ID the handler is presenting.

We don’t expose the handler’s full name, email, address, or any medical information on this page.
