  • 100% refund within 30 days of your purchase - If you are unsatisfied for any reason (you don't need a reason to return our merchandise). You'll just need to return the items back to us. Just let us know, and we'll make a note on your order. Then email us the tracking number of your package, once it's sent. That way, all of us will know when we receive the package.   • Free Life-Time Warranty on our ID Cards - If your ID card get damaged or chewed, we will send you a new one. Just email us, along with a picture of the damaged card, and we'll send you an exact replacement of what you originally ordered.
  • Lifetime Warranty on vests, leashes, patches, and other products. Happiness is so easy, in fact, that if any product fails or a defect exists, let us know and we'll make it right at no cost to you. PERIOD. That includes free shipping.
  • If your ID cards and certificate arrive and you discover they are incorrect (printed differently than how you originally placed your order), just let us know. We'll remake and send them FREE with the correct information within 72 hours!
  • If you accidentally made a mistake on the names or other information when ordering your ID Cards or Certificate, just let us know within 30 days of when you received your order. We'll make you a brand-new set for FREE. Just pay for shipping and we'll send them in 72 hours.

  • Exchanges are easy! We will gladly exchange any merchandise FOR ANY REASON and with no restocking fees, if we receive it back within 30 days of when you received the package. Just let us know you have something you'd like to exchange, we'll make a note on your order and make sure you are taken care of! Items must be in new, re-sellable condition.
