Under the Fair Housing Act (FHA) a landlord may not charge pet fees or enforce a “no pet” policy with our ESA letter signed by a licensed mental health professional in your state.

Additionally, under the Department of Transportation (DOT), you can fly for free with your PSD in the cabin of the aircraft.
